Kelly is an exceptional realtor! We looked at many houses and every time I felt discouraged, Kelly reminded me, "the perfect home is out there, we just have to find it!" As a single mom, there were times when I needed to bring my children along and Kelly was so gracious and accomodating. Early in my journey Kelly identified concerns with a lender I was using. I also had concerns, but didn't know how to handle it. Kelly not only communicated on my behalf, but he also guided me to a more reputable lender and what was becoming a painful experience became a more peaceful one. My children knew they were welcomed to join this journey. I trusted Kelly with all negotiations and I am so glad I did, he is a master negotiator! We got both what we wanted and what we needed, even in a sellers market. Kelly is not just a realtor, he is a man with a heart for families engaging and his role as a broker and his care, attention and relentless effort proves his goal aligns with the goals of his clients and that is to make sure they have a good experience on this journey and at the end, they are in their new home. I'm now a bit selfish...I want Kelly to be a realtor forever so that I will not have to work with anyone else in the future!

Kelly made my house hunting experience so much easier! I came across him when I called about a listing on Zillow one day, and he was with me ever since! He probably showed me over 20 houses and was SO patient with me, even though I had a small budget and didn't really know what I wanted. There were days when he showed me 5 or more houses at a time and was always ready to meet me at the drop of a hat. I'm so glad I had him to help me with such a stressful task!

I got the opportunity to meet Kelly through one of his sellers. My husband and I were trying to decide on purchasing a home or renting for a year in Oklahoma. When we meet Kelly, we were having difficulty working with our Kansas real estate agent that was selling our home. Kelly listen to the issues that we were having and gave us great advice. He even took the time to break down the procedures of what to do in selling our Kansas home. Plus, when we were ready to our purchase in Broken Arrow a year later, He was ready to get moving on it!! He was wonderful! He listen to what we wanted and found the perfect home for us!! I’m so glad he had him as our agent and would highly recommended him to our friends and family!!!

I cannot say enough good things about my real estate agent, Kelly Hayne! I would work with him again, without a doubt. I recently moved to Tulsa and called Kelly about a house I saw online. That home had just sold, but Kelly said he would be happy to email me similar listings, even though it was the Thanksgiving holiday. And he did. I liked him right from that first phone call! Within a few days, Kelly was showing me homes, and I found “the one!” I closed just before New Years. Kelly was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, not to mention very generous with his time. He knows Tulsa, especially the mid-town area, very well, which was a huge help since I am new to the area. Kelly kept me up to date on every step in the process, sometimes sending me updates late into the evening. He explained every form I needed to sign and answered every question I had, sometimes before I even asked it! Even after my home closed, Kelly called to check on me and if I was all settled. He really cares about his clients. If you are buying or selling a home, I would highly recommend Kelly Hayne!

Kelly Hayne is hands down one of the best realtors ever, no doubt! I was extremely picky with what I wanted in my first home and I refused to settle for anything less! Kelly understood this, and was willing to show me whatever seemed to spark my interest..we went from looking at patio homes to homes with acreage to even looking at 9 homes in one day! Kelly was very patient with me through this entire process and was willing to answer any questions I had. After searching for 7 long months, we finally found my house with literally "0" days on the market and I couldn't be happier! I'm so thankful I had Kelly by my side during this entire process, I recommended him to anyone looking for a realtor, he is by far one of the best out there!

First, I was lost in Oklahoma and Kelly came and found me. He was patient (even though I was late) and made all the arrangements necessary to get into the houses I liked (few still occupied). I had to travel between Texas and OK several times, Kelly was with me the whole way and helped me find other houses similar to the ones I initially liked. Once I chose a house, Kelly lead me through what I needed to do, making an offer, inspections, second offer, etc. Kelly, upon my request, even hired an inspector and got that taken care of for me. I can't say enough good things about Kelly and how helpful and generous he was with his time and experience. Kelly was a Godsend for me, I (for once) trusted my instincts and trusted him right away, he just came across as someone with such positive vibes.
