She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and proactive. She kept us informed every step of the way and we felt at ease knowing she had our best interest in mind throughout the process. Because the Edmond, OK market was very active we could not get there in time to make offers on homes we were interested in before they would sell. So Natalie became our eyes and ears and she actually shared video of the neighborhood and the house, including opening drawers, closets and checking cleanliness of the home. This gave us the confidence to make an offer virtually (thought we would never do that) and she also coached us on what that offer should be. We just closed on the property and are excited to get to Edmond, OK to move into our new home. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone looking to buy or sell in the OKC area.

Very responsive to our needs and patient - what we liked best is that it was clear that when we turned down houses that didn't meet our criteria, there was ZERO pressure from her...in other words, she understood totally that the customer needed to be happy with their purchase. It wasn't about the sale, it was about ensuring the customer was happy with their decision.
