    Betty Blackwell is very knowledgeable in selling and buying homes in Oklahoma. She assisted my family in selling our rent house. It sold within a week after we talked to Ms Blackwell. She then guided the buyer in the right direction to get financing to fit her needs and got her an appointment with the correct banker the same day. It was a win win situation for us, the seller and for the buyer. We will be calling Betty Blackwell again when we need a realator.

We chose Betty because she has been a lifelong member of the community and knows just about everything there is to know about the market In Muskogee. She was diligent and found us a cash buyer in a relatively short time. Would highly recommend Betty Blackwell!

    Betty didn't just 'list and wait' but gave feedback on showings about peoples comments on pricing of the home so we knew we got the best price possible. She sold our house in a very short time. Betty was always quick to respond to any question we had as we went through our selling experience.
