Marie has great communication skills and was responsive and readily available which is what we needed since we do not live in Tulsa. We made one trip to Tulsa and she spent time with us to view the houses we thought we were interested in. After that, we could not put eyes on anything but she gave us good advice when we sent her pictures of prospective properties. We found one that we wanted to make an offer on so she came in from working in the yard on Memorial Day and went to the house to give us a virtual tour of the property and then immediately wrote up the offer. We did not get this property but she was equally responsive to give us a video tour and write up the offer on the property we closed on today. She continues to offer help related to our plans for the property. We highly recommend her.
