When you come into Dover Pond you can quickly tell there's a difference in this neighborhood among all the other neighborhoods in the area. The trees are plentiful. But there's a quaint feeling that you are in a different place with the stone bridges and the curvy roads. In the evenings you can hear the owls screeching back-and-forth. The deer travel through and in the spring the new fawns are always fun to see. Occasionally you get a turkey walking through your front yard. It is certainly a hidden gem!

Every evening just about dusk they come out in droves. I enjoy a nice evening sitting out back so you can watch the lightning bugs as they start to flicker. I've been places where you see one or two here and there but in Dover Pond when they come out, it's like a mini light show in your yard! It brings back memories of childhood days collecting them in mason jars.

One of the great things about Dover Pond and Clearbrook is the wildlife. On a daily basis you can always see deer around the neighborhood. You can also find turkeys, owls, nesting hawks, and skunks, of course. But, the best thing is when the moms start to lead the baby fawns out and about. Over the past month or so, they have been spotted all around the neighborhood. For the past week, one doe and her two fawns have been by on a regular basis. I am sure she is teaching the little ones all about the great neighbors and wonderful homes that are available around the area! It's not like any other neighborhood in Owasso. Come and check it out -- you won't be disappointed.
