Several years back my family had an opportunity to sell our family farm and ranch operation and move on the other side of town. We were blessed to purchase a 280 acre property - this property was the Wyndlake Development - just North of Spiro, on Highline Road and 6th Street. The previous owner had a vision..... a vision that never came to happen. Fences had been taken down, pond banks cut, and the development had started. Four houses were built in the Wyndlake Development - all gorgeous houses nestled in front of a beautiful five acre "pond" and surrounded by grazing cattle and horses. Fast forward a few years...... we sold the property to a family that wanted to relocate to Southeast Oklahoma from California.
