Cynthia Hutcherson

Cynthia is a very professional agent. She does her homework before presenting it to the client. She keeps in contact with the client as to what should be done before listing the house. Our experience with Cynthia was quite good. She listed our home on the Friday after New Year's Day and it was sold on the following Monday. The closing went smoothly without any problems or last minute surprises.She is the only one I would trust to show my house with my cat present.

Cynthia was the listing realtor on a house my wife and I bought. We loved working with her because she made the process very easy on us and we enjoyed her personality. She has a lot of experience in the profession and cares about the best interest of others rather than just making a sell. She is very well respected and we had a pleasant transaction.

The homes were located in various areas; however, Ms. Hutcherson was able to quickly appraise each. Negotiations, although limited, worked out in a fair and equitable way. When a neighbor passed away, we recommended Ms. Hutcherson to the out of state heir to the neighbor's property. Although the home was in rough shape -- Ms. Hutcherson quickly found a buyer who remodels homes and agreed to a reasonable price. I have no reservation recommending Ms. Hutcherson as a realtor in Central Oklahoma.
