    This quaint family-friendly neighborhood sits right outside Oklahoma City. These bright and spacious starter homes range from the $130s to $ 190s. Affordable and energy-efficient.     After having lived in this neighborhood for over three years I would like to think that I know a lot about it. There is a great playground that my kids enjoyed often. There are also walking trails around the subdivision to enjoy all that nature has to offer. The catch and release stocked fishing pond is a an enjoyable feature that is included and available to use by all residents of Fountain Grass. The homes are built well and are very energy efficient. The elementary school is the highest rated in the Mustang School District.

    The prices start in the low $120's and go to the upper $170's. New homes are still being built, but the subdivision is almost complete and all construction should be completed within the next year. The size of homes range from just under 1000 square feet to a little over 1600 square feet. Shopping and dining are easily accessible as Fountain Grass is just under two miles to Interstate 40.
