This lease provides additional amazing terrain and Cimarron River frontage. The many improvements include a 65x100 metal shop with fantastic living quarters (full kitchen and 2 bathrooms), 65x50 equipment barn, 60k lb. corn storage bin, 14 box blinds, 11 total feeder stations, and 7 solar powered water drinkers.
