Very lucky to have had Gregg pick up the phone when I called looking to sell! I had a somewhat tricky situation, not much real estate knowledge, and was selling from out of state. Gregg is courteous, experienced, and communicative. He helped me understand everything to be comfortable with the process, and is efficient and trustworthy. Throughout the process he kept me informed of not only what I needed at the moment, but what step we were on, and what was next. It changed the entire home purchase experience from chaos when I had started with the other realtor to a series of knowns, where I could provide what was needed at each step (and had the notice to be prepared.) Throughout the process Gregg provided references for home services that I would need because I was moving from out of town, and even kept in contact after the purchase to ensure things were well with both the home and any needed services. Gregg's customer service is phenomenal.
