We felt a bit uneasy jumping into this market in the beginning, but Ana was so detailed and kept communicating with us at all times. She went above and beyond even when we thought she had outdone herself she did it again and again with her professionalism and her negotiating. 10/10. The day we met Ana we were just doing our hobby, looking at different houses. My family had been wanting to move for a long time. ZI saw no way that we could ever do that. I talked to Ana that day and told her about my situation. We had a house that we rented out and our primary home. She suggested selling the rent house first and then selling the other house, she set us up with a mortgage lender. Then we preceded to try to sell the rent house. it took u 6 months. We just about gave up, finally we got someone interested in buying it. We used part of that money as a downpayment on our new home and paid off a few bills. Then it was time to sell the other home. It took only three months to get that one sold. I am Glad that Ana did not give up on us.
