    We were out of state buyers, Shelly took the time to show us as many properties as our time allowed. Once we found a property we wanted, she went out of her way to help with the offer and coordinated work that had to be completed before the closing. Once the property had closed, she coordinated the delivery of appliances before our arrival. All in all the process went very smooth and without any hitches thanks to her help. Definitely would recommend Shelly to potential buyers!

    Shelly did a fantastic job for us! She was patient while we determine whether we wanted to purchase for investment purposes or long-term occupancy, and when it came time to look at house, showed us many in a very short time. I highly recommend Shelly! She's a delight to work with, knows the market, knows the other agents, and she's a heck of a motivated negotiator!

    Shelly made the real estate process so easy. She was there at every turn, answered every question and went so far above and beyond what you expect from your Real Estate Agent.My friend who listed her property with Shelly, was very ill. Shelly helped in so many ways to make sure my friend was taken care of and made sure all my questions were answered. When I had to step in to finish the selling of the home transaction and closing, Shelly made sure everything was done right, was so respectful, loving and kind in the face of such hard times and did a great job all the way through for us.If you need someone to be there for you, take care of everything, hold your hand when you need help, call Shelly.
