    Chisholm Creek Subdivision
    The Chisholm Creek Development along Memorial Road and Western in north Oklahoma City is expanding at a steady pace and giving new entertainment and life into the suburban core of the city. The latest part of the development is beginning to wrap up; Tract 30.

    Tract 30 is a multi-level building that will feature restaurants, shops, and office space. The project is on schedule to be completed with businesses moving in and opening at the end of summer. Some of the tenants that have signed on to be part of the new Tract 30 include: Polished Nail Spa, Longevity; a local medical spa, and Jerky.com; a local retailer specializing in smoked meats. Restaurants include: sushi restaurant Yokozuna, Sidecar Wine and Bar, Fuzzy's Taco Shop, and the Republic Gastropub serving as the anchor tenant in a two-story restaurant with patio dining for patrons.

    Many of my real estate clients live in SW Edmond, so I have received several calls about the Chisholm Creek development. I thought it might be a good idea to post a little update on the development.

    Chisholm Creek is located in the W. Memorial corridor in the Quail Springs area of Northwest Oklahoma City, off Western and Kilpatrick. The plans for Chisholm Creek are very exciting, and overdue for our market. Chisholm Creek is a mixed-use development offering miles of walking trails, Class A office space and apartments, and a mix of local and national dining, shopping and entertainment.

    Currently, Top Golf, Cabelas, and iFly are open for business. The newest phase of construction is directly across from Top Golf, Tract 30. This state-of-the art building will be home to an exciting mix of world-class restaurants and retailers, as well as Class A office space.

    The three-story building will offer two floors with front door access and lots of outdoor patio space. From what I have read, new tenants such as Republic Gastropub, Fuzzy's Taco Shop, and Yokozuna will occupy this building. Very cool!
