Absolutely love working with Ashlee. Veterans United hooked me up with her when I was looking for a house and I had a low budget but she didn’t give up on me. It took a yeah and a half but we found my home. Then when I had to PCS she said she would be my property manager if I wanted and she not only have been great to work with, but she also had the experience and knowledge behind her to include knowing companies around so when a problem arises, I didn’t have to worry about getting cheated. She already knows.

Ashlee did a fantastic job representing us through selling 2 houses. She always kept us updated on how conversations with the buyers were going and she provided great advice on the nuances of the offers. She gave us clear estimates of all the costs associated with the sale and we were never blindsided by any fees or costs. She also has a great team of local experts that were able to take pictures and make any repairs necessary. There wasn’t anyone locally that she didn’t know or that didn’t know her!
