    Heritage Hills Subdivision
Heritage Hills is a wonderful family neighborhood located in Enid, OK. I know because I grew up there. I moved away for many years and then moved back into my old neighborhood. The wonderful thing about living in Heritage Hills is that it hasn't changed a bit. It is still a great, quiet family neighborhood with large trees and a green belt that most homes back up to with paved walking trails throughout. It has playgrounds and basketball courts, friendly neighbors, complimentary well water to water your yard and garden, and a wonderful shopping area with boutique shops. It also has a park just steps away which includes a small lake for fishing, a dog park, a ballpark, tennis courts, and a full walking trail.

Heritage Hills is a great neighborhood to live in. I live there myself. Most of the homes range from $100,000 - $200,000 and are between 1200 - 2000 square feet, making them a smart choice for buyers that are interested in resale potential. Additionally, Heritage Hills falls in the coveted Prairie View Elementary district. The neighborhood was build in the 70's and 80's. While many of the homes are either partially or fully updated, a few still sport their vintage fixtures and finishes creating an excellent opportunity for buyers that want to create some instant "sweat" equity.

One of the best parts about Heritage Hills, hands down, is the green belt. It is one of the only green belts in Enid and gives residents over 37 acres of recreation space and jogging/walking trails. The green belt is maintained by the HOA. The fees are low at only $200/year and with that, residents get free access to the wells for watering their lawns and gardens in the summer.
