Located at 519 S. Husband Street. in Stillwater, Oklahoma, the Iron Monk Brewing Company has been doing it right since 2015. The brewery offers live music and trivia nightly and you can even take a tour of the brewery on Saturdays. For $15 dollars you will get a personal tour, Iron Monk pint glass, an education in brewing and also be able to taste some of their beers. If you have not checked out the Iron Monk Brewing Company in downtown Stillwater, I encourage you to check it out. It's where the locals go.

I am so proud to be a part of a community that celebrates its' triumphs and sticks together in tragedy. I've seen Stillwater grow not only in population, business and industry but expand services into neighboring cities as well. Stillwater is a city that has displayed its' resilience after the Cowboys basketball plane crash in 2001 to the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade crash 2015. Stillwater has and continues to leave such great memories of what a hometown should be for me.

Stillwater became my family's new home about three years ago and we quickly fell in love with this town. We moved to Stillwater, OK from Stillwater, MN and realized right away a slower pace of life and lower cost of living. The people who live here are the real reason it is such a great community, but it helps that our real estate market is so great as well!

Flight service at Stillwater Regional Airport begins next week on August 23rd. American Airlines will be offering flights to and from the DFW daily. Free parking will also be available at the airport. This provides the community and Oklahoma State University with a much needed transportation option that has been missing form the Stillwater Community for years. It not only gives residents a great option to travel outside of Stillwater, but it also makes Stillwater more accessible from those living outside of our community. The Oklahoma State University student union, which was built in 1951, is more than 543,000 square feet. It is the largest student union in the world. The 81 room Atherton Hotel is located within the union. It also houses the Ranchers Club restaurant, a 550 seat theater, extensive food court, and bookstore. This multi-purpose building is also home to meeting rooms, offices and much more. It is a wonderful place to visit while on campus. Check it out while in Stillwater!

Stillwater offers a high quality of life. It has a very stable economy, access to all the sports and other events one can enjoy by living in a major university community. Located close to Tulsa and Oklahoma City. There are several lakes nearby for fishing and boating. A wonderful place to live and/or retire!
