Every house Ryan seemed to understand what we were looking for and was quick to show us listings that matched those parameters. Touring homes Ryan shows off his expertise at noticing present issues or future problems and pointing them out instead of covering them up. He has a wonderful personality and really cares about finding you a place you are happy with. He is fast to reply and great at communicating so you can get all the information you need on a property. I laughed a lot with Ryan viewing houses because his upbeat personality makes me feel calm and relaxed. He has a great network of people for almost any future project or update your home may need. He is honest and during one of our first calls he said he would fight for me and needed me to be invested in him, well he went above and beyond and I cannot thank and recommend him enough for getting us our home. Even after closing he still checks in and follows up, he is a really good friend and agent. I felt bad because he was always there almost around the clock answering questions for me or doing research on a property that I am not sure how he has time for other buyers or sellers let alone his family. It was like I was receiving one on one treatment and it made the entire process enjoyable. I hope you give him an opportunity to find or sell your next home.
