Berkley Estates is a wonderful and established home addition in Mustang! We love that everybody has such pride in their property even without an HOA. There is not much retail going on around here which also makes it nice! This addition is the mid to late 1990s to around 2008 in being built. This isn't a huge housing addition, homes are spread far enough apart to not feel like you are sitting on your neighbor! We have been in here for 16 years and still love our home and our neighborhood, I have also listed and sold many homes in Berkley Estates and homes are holding their value very well!
