    Danforth Farms - Wonderful Neighborhood
    Danforth Farms is a great neighborhood on the west side of Edmond. Located at the intersection of Danforth and Western, this neighborhood is in a great location for dining, schools, and shopping experiences. Only a few minutes from grocery stores like Walmart and Crest and just a short 10-minute drive to the Edmond college campus of UCO. Danforth Farms also falls in the Edmond Public Schools District.

    The homes in this area were built between 1985 and 1995 and have an average sales price of around $380,000. Most of the homes in this neighborhood range from 2000-4000 square feet that offer large, spacious rooms and even bigger lot sizes. Overall a great neighborhood to reside in in the Edmond area.

    Danforth Farms is one of my favorite additions on the west side of Edmond. Danforth Farms is a wonderful addition off Danforth, just west of Western. Danforth Farms offers homes from 2500 to 4000 square feet, was built around 1985-1995, and priced from $190,000 to $330,000.

    Homes in Danforth Farms generally offer spacious lots, good size in the bedrooms and living rooms, and well cared for exteriors. Also, the neighborhood is in a wonderful location; just minutes from Kilpatrick and SH-74, grocery, UCO, Edmond medical facilities, and Edmond schools. Also, Danforth Rd has been recently updated and widened to four lanes! All in all, this is a wonderful area to live in. If you are shopping this price range and area, I recommend putting this neighborhood on the list.
