At almost any time of day, you can see children of all ages, neighbors, or dog walkers at Quail Creek Park. There is a pretty white bridge that crosses the creek and allows access from the park to the neighboring homes. The park is newer, nice, and clean with benches and picnic tables. You will find plenty of shade because of the trees and the gazebo. Additionally, the playground equipment for the children is exceptional. The park has been a part of the neighborhood Fourth of July parade for many years and is home to monthly music in the park during the summer months. Moms groups, exercise groups, and meetings often take place in the park. The park is a beautiful location for a jog, stroll, or walking dogs. Most children growing up in the community have held at least one of their birthday parties in the park! The Quail Creek Park was dedicated to one of the neighborhood's beloved community leaders who organized the annual 4th Of July parade where residents dressed in red, white, and blue proceed through the neighborhood in bikes and various vehicles and arrive at the end to enjoy a picnic, band and other fun activities at the park. She was devoted to multiple organizations but loved her neighbors and viewed Quail Creek Park as tremendously important to family and friends as a place to gather.
