    Located off of 164th and May, Seminole Pointe is one of the few neighborhoods in the Edmond School District with homes below $300,000, making it one of the most affordable neighborhoods for those looking to be within the Edmond School District. During the pandemic, Seminole Pointe saw a huge rise in desirability and, therefore, in price appreciation. Despite the higher rates we have now than during the pandemic, Seminole Pointe continues to see price appreciation (albeit at a slower rate than in prior years) and increased demand due to its location.

    Seminole Pointe was built by Ideal Homes between 1998-2009. Ideal builds dependable, energy efficient, and affordable homes. The neighborhood is just north of Quail Springs Mall, and the Kilpatrick Turnpike. The neighborhood curves around Angie Debo Elementary School. I taught music there from 1998-2004. Homes range from 1200 to 2200 square feet and start at $130,000 going up to about $215,000. The neighborhood has two ponds and some greenbelt.
