    This is a great family-oriented neighborhood in far East Edmond. There are currently three phases with floor plans that range in size from 1,800-3,350 square feet. This neighborhood is in the Edmond School District. Students will attend Centennial Elementary School, Central Middle School, and Edmond Memorial High School! My daughter currently attends Memorial and loves it! I personally live very close by and am very knowledgeable of the area. This community features a clubhouse, two swimming pools, a climbing wall, a water bucket, and a slide wow! There is also a full-sized basketball court, fire pit, and two playgrounds. There will be a brand new elementary school, Edmond Redbud Elementary School opening in the fall of 2021. I can't say enough about this area!

Woodland Park is also close to the new developments along 1-35 including the new ShowBiz movie theater, the new Hilton Garden Inn and more restaurants and shopping coming soon. There are two phases to Woodland Park. Homes range from around $230,000 to around $375,000 with 1500 to 3400 square feet.
