Located off of 150th and May Ave, Blue Quail Ridge is in the Edmond School District but has OKC utilities, combining the best of both worlds for many. The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained and features a pavilion, park, and pool for its residents.

Homes range in size from 1,900 sq ft to 3,700 sq ft., and many of its residents stay for a long time, so turnover has been somewhat low in comparison to other neighborhoods in the area. However, in the last year, we have seen more homes listed.
