Some sections offer lawn maintenance, while others do not. There is even Touchmark at Coffee Creek which is a full service retirement residence for seniors. Most recently, Coffee Creek has added apartments on the south end called The Greens at Coffee Creek. There are multiple parks, pools, ponds, walking trails, and recreation facilities throughout the neighborhood.

    - There are multiple tees to serve any level of play. It's challenging, but a fair course. Par 70 layout.The greens show themselves to be the best golf playing surfaces in the area.
