    Fenwick is a wonderful neighborhood made up of several different additions. A couple of the additions are gated. One neighborhood has smaller patio-style homes while the other neighborhood has larger, traditional-style homes with nice-sized lots.

    The centerpiece of the neighborhood is the open space and large lake that sits in the middle of the community. There is also a nice size community swimming pool where the HOA hosts many events throughout the year. Because of the large open space and the pond, there is a lot of wildlife in the area. From birds to deer, this is a wonderful community to call home.

    Fenwick is a large, versatile, community located north of 15th (164th) to NW 171st between Western and Pennsylvania Ave. There are a total of 700+ homes in Fenwick which includes two private gated areas - Fenwick East with 170 homes and Fenwick Garden Village which also has 170 homes. Fenwick includes many amenities for it's patrons to enjoy including an over sized swimming pool, picnic pavilion, walking trails, park, playground and a rentable clubhouse. It also has a natural wetland waterway in the middle of the community with four ponds of which two are stocked for catch and release fishing. Homes for sale in Fenwick range from 2000-4500 square feet depending on the area with prices between $200,000-$450,000. The majority of the homes were built between 1999-2008. In the Edmond School District: West Field Elementary, Summit Middle School and Santa Fe High School.
