    August 2017 has been an interesting period in OKC and Edmond area real estate. I just wanted to share some numbers on one of the most popular neighborhoods in Edmond Oklahoma real estate. Valencia is a lovely community in Edmond Oklahoma. Located in Southern Edmond, it's still close enough to North OKC to allow easy access to the fun, dining and shopping of Memorial Road and Lake Hefner.
