Mesta Park is the section located between N.W. 15th and N.W. 23rd Streets between Western Avenue and Walker. N.W. 15th and N.W. 16th between Walker and Robinson Avenue are also included in Mesta Park.Mesta Park enjoys a wide variety of neighborhood events throughout the calendar year. Two of the most popular community wide activities include the Holiday Home Tour and Mesta Festa which is open to the general public.
