Wendy helped me buy my first home and when I got married she helped sell both my wife's house and mine as well as got us into our newest home. Wendy works quickly, is very knowledgeable and responsive. In each transaction we closed quickly with no issues and were very pleased with our deals. When selling my wife's house, it went under contract in less than a week and we closed on time. My house was under contract in less than two weeks and the closing process was on time and went smoothly. When we bought our newest house, Wendy and her assistant Kristen informed us immediately when houses in neighborhoods we liked were listed. The negotiations went quick, smooth and we closed on time. I would recommend Wendy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Wendy had our house under contract in 45 days at approximately 96% of the listing price. The house was built in the 1930's and we had done quite a bit of renovations. However, the location presented some challenges being near a major street and being in a transitional neighborhood. We were able to overcome the hurdles of the transaction and closed within 5 days of the original closing date. The delays were due to the buyer's lender, which was out of Wendy's control.

Wendy and her staff are excellent. She helped me purchase my first home last summer and the process could not have been easier. She explained everything about the purchase contract and responded promptly to every question I had. She scheduled all of the inspections and repairs and made sure they were completed on time.
